HOW IT WORKS
🌿 The Classic :
Creative Session
The company will choose between life figure drawing (a life model) and still-life drawing as the session's subject.
The session begins with a gentle 10-minute introduction led by Roxana, designed to help everyone get comfortable with the space, materials, and creativity in general.
Each participant will have their own dedicated station arranged in a circular form with subject matter placed in the middle. Participants will have the freedom to choose the medium that speaks to them: whether it’s charcoal, pencil, ink, pastels, or watercolors.
The session’s purpose: to enjoy a well-deserved creative break. While this session encourages independent exploration, participants are welcome to ask for support from the instructor or quietly seek input from a nearby peer if needed.
While light conversation is welcome, the focus is on providing a peaceful environment for those who need time to slow down and breathe.
Requirements: A maximum of 20 participants and a minimum of
20' x 40' Space.
🌀 Art in Motion: A Collaborative Drawing
The company will choose between life figure drawing or still object drawing as the subject of the session.
Once the activity begins, participants will rotate clockwise every 15 minutes, moving to a new station where they’ll build upon another artist’s work. The challenge — and the beauty — lies in continuing the piece using a new medium, without erasing, only adding their own creative touch.
Art in Motion encourages participants to pick up where another artist left off, continuing a shared journey of creativity and expression. Each brushstroke, line, or idea becomes part of a larger story — one that grows stronger through collaboration. Just like in the workplace, it reminds us that progress is built together, and every contribution brings new energy, vision, and inspiration to what’s possible.
Requirements: A Maximum of 20 participants and a minimum of 20' x 40' Space.
🧩 The Collective: A Team-Building Experience
This creative team-building session invites employees to co-create a one-of-a-kind artwork through several 10"x10" tiles.
The session begins with a gentle 10-minute introduction led by Roxana, designed to help everyone get comfortable with the space, materials, and creativity in general.
The company will choose which image to use to represent its department's or the company's motto. Each team member will draw one tile, contributing a unique piece of a larger image that represents the company, its mission, or a tribute to leadership.
When all squares are complete, the individual drawings will be combined to form a unified company portrait or symbol that visually represents the value of collaboration, diversity of thought, and creative trust.
Each square is thoughtfully collected and reunited, forming a harmonious whole. The completed piece is then professionally framed or mounted on foam core, depending on the chosen package. Participants may select a classic 30x30 frame or a modern plexiglass mount — a design that invites the artwork to be rearranged and reimagined over time, reflecting the ever-evolving nature of creativity itself.
Each piece comes with a typed note from the artist, sharing a few thoughts, feelings, or even creative excuses for what might have “just happened.” It’s all part of the story — a charming reminder that art, like life, doesn’t always stay inside the lines.
Requirements: A maximum of 20 participants and a minimum of
20' x 40' Space.
